2.2 Return Authorization:

• Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

2.3 Package the Item:

• Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

2.4 Ship the Item:

• Please ship the item to the address provided with the RA number and include it on the package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within five business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
